This two-day testing event is scheduled to take place starting Wednesday, August 27 at 5:00 AM through Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 11:00 PM ET.
During this event, you will gain access to 50 board-style questions (mapped to the NPTE® PTA exam content outline).
Once you begin your test, you will have ~66 minutes to complete the questions and must submit by the August 28th 11:00 PM ET deadline.
You will be provided a detailed performance report outlining your content strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to focus your studies on the areas that will have the most impact on exam performance.
Following the event, you will also be able to review questions, see which questions you answered correctly/incorrectly, and read each question’s explanation for seven days.

When is it?
The PTA Prepathon runs from Wednesday, August 27th – Thursday, August 28th, 2025. Registration ends Friday, August 22, at 5:00 PM ET, so be sure to submit your registration form prior to this deadline to ensure your spot is reserved.
How long will does it take to complete?
