This four-day testing event is scheduled to take place starting Wednesday, March 25th at 5:00 AM through Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET.
During this event, you will gain access to 40 USMLE-style practice questions (mapped to the USMLE content outline).
Once you begin your test, you will have ~60 minutes to complete the questions and must submit by the March 28th 11:00 PM ET deadline.
You will be provided a detailed performance report outlining your content strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to focus your studies on the areas that will have the most impact on exam performance.
Following the event, you will also be able to review questions, see which questions you answered correctly/incorrectly, and read each question’s explanation for seven days.

When is it?
The USMLE Step 2 CK Prepathon runs from Wednesday, March 25th – March 28th, 2026.
Registration ends Friday, March 20th, at 5:00 PM ET, so be sure to submit your registration form prior to this deadline to ensure your spot is reserved.
How long will does it take to complete?
Once you begin your test, you will have ~60 minutes to complete the questions and must submit by the March 25th, 11:00 PM ET deadline.
And remember, you have between Wednesday, March 25th at 5:00 AM through Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET to complete your questions.
How will I know if I won?
Prepathon winners are announced through email at the conclusion of the event.
